Rights Respecting School

Who we are

We are elected representatives from each class who look at ways we can improve our school.  We vote for new representatives at the start of each year.

This year as we are carrying on from achieving the Level 1 Rights Respecting School Award last year. The group has changed its name from the old School Council.  Each representative is known as a School Ambassador.  They all wear a special Rights Respecting School badge so that you can see who they are.

This year the Ambassadors are;

Elizabeth, Harry, Riley, Alex, Keeva-Leigh, Isaac

Lenisha, Will, Harriet, Oliva, Isobel, Seren

Darci, Joshua

What we have done this year

We are working towards our Level 2 Rights Respecting School Award (RRSA).

Congratulations to Will C who won the competition to design a logo that will go on display around school to remind everyone about the RRSA.

What we are busy with at the moment

We are working out which charities to support this year.  20th November is World Children’s Day and as a Rights Respecting School we will be using the UNICEF Outright Campaign materials to raise awareness of refuge children.
