A memorable Year 6 residential!

Posted 12/7/2017

This week we, the Year 6 children, went on an amazing residential trip to Shropshire which we all enjoyed.

We stayed in a brilliant old Victorian boys school called Cloverley hall which had many great rooms. On the first day we set off from our school to Chester Zoo where we had a look at some great exotic animals which had all of us in awe.  We saw lions, elephants, monkeys and giraffes (just to name a few). This made 5 hours feel like 10 minutes. On the second day, we had an amazing trip to CADBURY WORLD!!! Here we went on a great 4D ride which took us on an amazing journey. We also went on a tour of the amazing old building where we learnt lots about how the chocolate was made in the early stages. On the night, we also went to see Despicable Me 3 at the cinema which was fantastic. The third day we went to a Victorian town which looked to be self-sufficient.  It had: iron works, a bakery, a sweet shop, a sawmill and lots more. The saddest part was the journey home which marked the end of an amazing trip.
