School Meals

Children can have a cooked lunch, cooked each day on the premises, or they may bring a packed lunch and drink with them. Please make sure that all lunch boxes are named and that drinks are in unbreakable containers.  For health and safety reasons the school operates a no nuts policy due to an increasing number of children having allergic reactions to nuts.

Menus showing the school meal options for each week are sent out every term. The cost of school meals is £2.30 a day or £11.50 a week. You will be notified of any changes by letter as and when they occur during the school year. In an attempt to remove cash and cheques from school we now offer parents the opportunity to use our secure online ParentPay system for school dinners or via Pay Point facilities in local shops.

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for a free school meal under current government regulations.

Advice on these matters as well as sample menus can be obtained from the school office or via this link,
